We will keep contact information, requirements and source to better help serve your needs. We will communicate to you by way of any method provided to us. Occasionally, if there are updates to the software you ordered, or if we feel some other product or service should benefit your company, we will send an email. These notifications will not exceed 1 per 30 days. You can request to have your contact information removed from our database.

Information We Give To Third Parties.
Nothing, unless specifically requested by you as part of a contract. We do not sell or trade any information you give us to anyone else.

How We Protect This Information. Information is stored locally on PC's within the company Intranet. The network is protected by firewall and antivirus software, all running Windows Server with the latest patches. When delivering source, we password protect .zip files to delivery to you with at least a 10 character encryption scheme. Should you require greater protection, we shall abide by your requirements.
